Phenalkamine WV2801LV is a unique type of epoxy resin hardener based on the latest modified Phenalkamine technology. It can be widely applied in marine and heavy anti-corrosion industries. WV2801LV is low viscosity version of WV2801.

Advantages:

Excellent combination of rapid cure and long pot-life at both ambient and low temperatures（<5℃). Curing well and good adhesion even poorly prepared surfaces. No solvent, high solids and ideal for formulating high solids or no solvent coatings.

Excellent chemical tolerance and superior corrosion resistance. Excellent moisture tolerant during cure.

It can be used for coating applications under cold and damp conditions, even over damp and poorly prepared surfaces.

Caution: Phenalkamines epoxy curing agents will absorb moisture and carbon dioxide when kept in opening containers. This may result in viscosity increase, darker color and some crystallization of the products. All containers of these products should be kept tightly when not in use and stored in a cool and dry place. Properly protected from moisture and air, this product has a shelf life of one year.
