Introduction
E44 epoxy resinor 6101 epoxy resin, is a basic epoxy resin. It is a low toxicity, colorless or light-yellow viscous fluid. Mainly used in coatings, adhesives, anti-corrosion, electrical insulation, laminates, casting and other field the s. It can also be used as a raw material for high-quality epoxy resin processing.
Epoxy resin E44 (6101) is the most widely used variety. It is especially suitable for the preparation of mica mating materials, epoxy reinforced glass, insulating sheets and reinforcing materials. Because of its moderate viscosity, it is especially suitable as anti-corrosion lining material in hand-paste FRP. It is the first choice for making and other anti-corrosion large cement tanks, iron tanks, tank trucks.
E44 is apply with hardener of room temperature and reactive thinner, so that the fiber glass mat can be firmly adhered to the surface of the lining material by simple manual operation to form an epoxy FRP anti-corrosion layer. Therefore, it is widely used in chemical plants, wineries, sewage treatment plants and other places where corrosion protection is required. E44 epoxy resin is also suitable for the preparation of solvent-free or less solvent coatings, which has strong anti-corrosion ability and low environmental pollution during construction.

Direction for Use
Mix epoxy resin and phenalkamine hardeners well with mixing ratio of 1:1. Can dilute by Acetone, xylene, anhydrous alcohol. Gel time at 25°C: 1-2 hours.
Tacky free time at 25°C: 24 hours.

Attention
Clear the apply surface and keep it dry.
Keep working place ventilated and avoid contact with the kids. Do not put the mixed resin back to the drum.
Store in cool, dry, ventilated place and keep away from heat. If contact with skin and eyes, immediately wash with water or go to the hospital.
